My name is Gail Lummis. I have a private complementary health practice which I started several years ago after I had significantly improved my own health.  Optimum nutrition enabled me to take back responsibility for my own health and well being and I haven't looked back since; I am now in the privileged position of being able to help others on the route to a balanced and symptom free way of life.

I can offer you nutritional therapies based on both clinical and naturopathic nutrition as well as Advanced Profile Health Screening - with proven accuracy and reproducible in clinical trials. Together we can form a partnership to get you on the road to recovery. As a qualified Nutritionist, with Diplomas in Nutrition, Natural Nutrition and Reiki II, I am a member of the Nutritional Healing Foundation and an Associate Member of the Institute of Optimum Nutrition.  In addition to beginning my studies in Nutrition in 1998, I am a Master Practitioner of the BioMeridian International products and am the UK Accredited Trainer.  I have specialised in training on the new VANTAGE with BioRep, the computer controlled EPIC probe and the Meridian Stress Assessment System (MSAS), also known as the BioEnergetic Stress Test (BEST).
